As TV Nova informed the court is hearing a case concerning the questionable acquisition of a contract by the firm JCDecaux from the city of Prague. Former Deputy Mayor of Prague 1 Michal Valenta is facing a prison sentence of up to eight years for helping JCDecaux acquire a contract in the city district. JCDecaux Technical Director Tomáš Tenzer is facing three years behind bars for his involvement and JCDecaux itself is also a defendant in the case.
