Fight for stops. Although the French advertising company JCDecaux terminated its contract for the operation of Prague furniture last year, under some of its shelters, Praguers will continue to wait for public transport. This is despite the fact that the municipality described the mentioned contract from the 1990s as unfavorable and decided to purchase new furniture at its own expense, which will be owned by the city. However, JCDecaux, which was convicted of manipulating public contracts in this connection, agreed with some Prague city halls instead of the municipality. The agreement is non-standard. JCDecaux will continue to make money by selling advertising at these stops, but it will not pay a crown of rent to city districts.
