JCDecaux pulls out of the tender for the resale of advertising in Sydney!

In 1998, before the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, JCDecaux signed a contract to resell advertising in Sydney. However, the city of Sydney changed its mind and stated that outdoor advertising (OOH) and consumer and consumer expectations have changed dramatically since then, and so the tender returned to the drawing board last July. This happened in the midst of ongoing offers to take over local companies in the OOH market in Sydney.
