Novinky.cz: The former deputy mayor of Prague 1, Michal Valenta (ODS), the JCDecaux company and its technical director, Tomáš Tenzer, must each pay 50,000 crowns for influencing the city district’s contract to rent advertising space in the metro. The court of appeal made a final decision on Thursday. He reduced the amount of the sentences originally imposed and rejected the prosecutor’s request that Valenta be given a suspended sentence.
